Through a series of workshops facilitated by the Bureau’s staff, participants will become the next generation of Jewish leaders and role models! This hands-on training provides the opportunity to build counseling and leadership skills, and provides a gateway into summer camp roles. After completing the training workshops, participants get to staff an actual camp retreat weekend, serving as camp counselors for children at the 3rd-7th grade Community Shabbaton! Upon successful completion of the program, students will receive 60 hours of community service.
