Lucille Cohen Carter

Lucille (Lucy) is that great, friendly voice you most probably get when you call our office. She can handle most phone calls from signing up for programs...to changing your address...to finding out how to donate money to the Bureau!

Lucy grew up in Santa Ana and then moved on to life in work in highter education in Maryland. Currently, she lives in Santa Ana with her husband, Bernard Harris, and their two "furry children."

When you talk to Lucy, you can mention her love for animals (dogs in particular).

Lucy is an amazing part of the Bureau team and we are very lucky to have her around!
