Gary Kipnis

Gary is a management consultant with the Kipnis Group. With a BS in Electrical Engineering, and a MS in Computer Engineering at Stanford University, he has been very helpful to the Bureau as well as other organizations.  He is even the "webmaster" of Temple Beth David congregation.

A native Californian, he is the proud parent of three children.
