What you can do with used cell phones…

Many organizations are asking for donations of used cell phones and chargers:

  • The phone companies re-program them to the"911" number,

  • They are donated to victims of domestic violence, a real life-saver. Check with your local domestic violence organizations, cell phone company, or police department, to find out who is organizing the program in your community. You can also go to www.donateaphone.com to find out how to donate a phone.

  • 2 students created “Cell Phones for Soldiers” when they learned that soldiers overseas had huge cell phone bills.  Go to http://www.cellphonesforsoldiers.com/pages/1/index.htm to learn more.

To make a difference…

never be stingy with the free things in life…

hugs, compliments smiles, laughter, and hope!
